Daily, on some level, we experience the aftermath of the guilt and shame of others. Mothers can help put an end to the turmoil of the inner negative energy many children develop about life experiences.
Help our children see that life is a journey. We are learning about ourselves, others, and life. The compassion, kindness, and understanding we show to our children help show them how to see life experiences.
If making the right choices are overwhelming for you, think about your children. How do you think they feel? With your loving guidance, they can meet and transcend life experiences by having a healthy inner core and mindset.
The transformation starts at home with ourselves, first. We must heal ourselves so that we can pass these tools, or at least the foundation, on to our children to help them heal themselves.
Did you Fuel Your Core today? Did you show yourselves some compassion and love today?
Good morning Spiritual Beings!
Our circumstances do not dictate how we treat our children and others. We make a bold choice to act in love, peace, and understanding. We allow our children to see that life is a journey and lessons will be learned, we apologize quickly for our lessons learned, and help our children to see that they have a reason for being here.
Parenting is a calling & a journey to reach our highest self and help children to do the same; therefore, parenting is a win-win experience. Each day that we have breath, God entrusts us to do what is right regardless of our circumstances and how we feel.
Can you imagine the hard work that goes into making a brain, heart, organs, and tissues and embodying specific gifts and talents? God is a master storyteller. Our experiences are not in vain. You have the power to meet & transcend your life experiences.
If we are stupid, never amount to anything, a failure, and other false statements, then our Creator is stupid and without potential, as well. For, are we not made in God’s image (Genesis 1:26)?
May you know how powerful you are and stand in your power.
Make this life great—one person & one family at a time,
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans (Proverbs 16: 3).
Jesus said “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For the kingdom of heaven belongs such as these” (Matthew 19:14).
Good morning Spiritual Beings!
We do have an example of how to parent our children. A changed perspective leads to changed behavior.

Make this Life Great!
Today, I planned a different blog until my heart spoke to me. Like many others across the world, when I heard of Kobe Bryant and his 13-year old girl dying in a helicopter, I searched for meaning. From what I gather, his 13-year-old girl committed to continuing his legacy, the love of basketball, and Kolbe loved his girls and wanted to link purpose and passion with sports for his girls and children around the world. Over the years, we have lost so many influential people, and there is nothing like a tragedy that brings life into a closer focus.
The question that circled in my mind yesterday was “What is life really about?” Although I was not a consistent fan of Kobe Bryant, occasionally, I watched some of the games he played and often sat in awe of such great talent. I learned a lot about Kobe Bryant yesterday and the positive things he was doing (fatherhood, helping others to live out their dreams through his studio, books, and others) and the dreams he had, even for his 13-year old daughter.
We may not understand what God does. Though, I believe that in all experiences, there lie meaning and purpose. The meaning we give to experiences is different for everyone. Many times God used great figures to get our attention. What is God trying to tell us?
I believe that, for me,
- Align my actions and thoughts with God’s will and to help our children do the same.
- Live in the present; therefore, when our daughter and son came charging in our room, multiple times during Kobe Bryant tributes, I took the time to address their needs.
- I thanked God for life and the family he gave me.
- I prayed for the world, including Kobe Bryant’s family and the others who were on the helicopter.
- Nothing that we produced on earth goes with us.
- We are all accountable for what we do with the gifts and talents that God gave us.
I believe that God hears our prayers, and I continue to pray for continued compassion, love, and peace for everything and everyone.

To Your Best Health & Life & Happy New Year!
I have had better days. I did not feel well yesterday. I checked my blood pressure, and it was higher than normal. I have noticed that there seems to be a poopy day right before a breakthrough day. I can blame how I felt on hormones, low vitamin D, and others. Or, I can face the truth of what I am feeling and know that my emotions and feelings are leading me to my highest self. Without all of the busy work now, I have time to weed out things that are not working, be consistent in my thoughts and behaviors, and focus on my work as a mother, wife, and spiritual being.
