Daily, on some level, we experience the aftermath of the guilt and shame of others. Mothers can help put an end to the turmoil of the inner negative energy many children develop about life experiences.
Help our children see that life is a journey. We are learning about ourselves, others, and life. The compassion, kindness, and understanding we show to our children help show them how to see life experiences.
If making the right choices are overwhelming for you, think about your children. How do you think they feel? With your loving guidance, they can meet and transcend life experiences by having a healthy inner core and mindset.
The transformation starts at home with ourselves, first. We must heal ourselves so that we can pass these tools, or at least the foundation, on to our children to help them heal themselves.
Did you Fuel Your Core today? Did you show yourselves some compassion and love today?
Everyone has work to do. May you realize and understand your purpose in life. You are not here to destroy your body or your life. You are a messenger who came fully equipped to do the work God created you to do. No one has the same assignment, so there is no need for anger, hatred, jealousy, and resentment.
You are here. What are you doing with what God gave you? No blaming. Understand & Live. Walk your path with confidence—God confidence.
Make this day and life great!
Do you feel empowered? Self-empowerment comes from realizing who we are in Christ. God made us, and He does not make weak people. Win the battle in her head to win the battle in your body. Let the ineffective and stagnant labels that we take ownership of go. No one can affect you unless you have first infected yourself with fears and the self-doubt to achieve what you know you can achieve. The work does not come out unless you give it freedom to.
Release Yourself from the constraints you have put on your life. Only you can break the chains.
Make the most of your time on earth being who God created you to be. No blaming. No gaming. Just a determination to be your best.
A few years ago, our now eight-year-old son, Cam said that he wanted to be a chef after watching a video of a kid #chef. He had a short stent of fascination with cars and trucks, but never lost the urge to buy toy food. Since we have been in Tillamook, Cam’s library picks usually involve #cookbooks. Yesterday, on the Tillamook County Library bookmobile, Cayla grabbed the cookie cookbook. No surprise to me; she absolutely loves sweets.
I have reasons to make healthy sweets. Although, these books are older, usually, we can kind some satisfying and simple recipes. Being in the health care industry for over 21 years, I feel a consistent and growing responsibility to prepare healthy meals and snacks for my family. Our children take our lead in whatever we do and not just what we say.
How are you preparing for spring and summer meals to help avoid or limit temptation to splurge on unhealthy foods?
Make this life great!
Good morning Spiritual Beings!
You are the one who deals with things that you let into your body, mind, and spirit. Some people are quick to tell you what you should and should not do. Some people think that it is okay to share inappropriate pictures and make unwelcome comments. We have a right to say “No. You can keep that. That’s your mess!” If something or someone does not resonate with you, stand up for yourself.
Your Health & Life depend on you, not your acquaintance, celebrity, friend, or neighbor.
You are the one who deals with the consequences of your choices.
Listen to the wisdom within.
Make this Life Great!
Live your life with the heart and passion that you have. Let no one give you an identity. You already have one.
