Are you taking care of your liver?

The liver is an amazing organ.  Do you ever think about the work your liver does?  Are you experiencing hormonal imbalances, allergies to foods or other sensitivities, anger and frustration, or a host of other questionable symptoms?  Could your symptoms be a result of liver trouble?  If so, what can you do to promote liver health, as well as a healthy mind, body, and spirit?

Check out my most recent presentation on liver health?  It may be 30 minutes, but is 30 minutes worth the investment?  Could this presentation be the motivation that you need?

Living or watching on the sidelines?

Do you know what you like and do not like? Are your boundaries and limitations set? Have you forgiven others and yourself? Are you taking time out of each day to self reflect? Are you keeping your dreams alive? Are you going after what you want instead of living up to the expectations of others?
Make this life great!

Lesson 3: Be grateful for what you have, and you will be blessed with more.

Taking care of what you have been given (life, a house/ apartment, food, clothing, shoes, etc) is an expression of gratitude.

1. You are guided to eating healthier foods, eating meals 4-6 hours apart or frequent small meals, and maintaining a reasonable weight for your body.

2. You are guided to increase physical activity.

3. You are guided to cooking or buying what you know you will eat.

4. You are guided to pick your clothes off the floor / or not put them on the floor at all and properly care for your clothes.

5. You are guided to spend more time enjoying life and appreciating your miraculous body and how it obeys your thoughts and feelings.

Things are no longer things and are a reflection of you and your state of being.
