Are you taking care of your liver?

The liver is an amazing organ.  Do you ever think about the work your liver does?  Are you experiencing hormonal imbalances, allergies to foods or other sensitivities, anger and frustration, or a host of other questionable symptoms?  Could your symptoms be a result of liver trouble?  If so, what can you do to promote liver health, as well as a healthy mind, body, and spirit?

Check out my most recent presentation on liver health?  It may be 30 minutes, but is 30 minutes worth the investment?  Could this presentation be the motivation that you need?

We always have a choice.

From the ground up, we choose how we want something to effect us. We choose if we want to be better and grow or if we want to be bitter and stagnate and possibly die as a result of our uncontrolled emotions and thoughts. We choose to live or slowly cause or own destruction. We choose to live and experience happiness or hold on to anger, frustration, guilt, sadness, or worry which can lead to overwhelming stress and possibly cause a heart attack, stroke, or a “rare” health condition. Your mind reacts and so does your body.

Is anyone or anything worth that pain and worth your life and right to live?

Fortune: Change for the better

Fortune

It is our choice to let fortune control us, or we control how we spend our fortune. We can use our status to spread love and joy or spread hate and anger. We can bring peace where there is no peace. We can bring hope where there is no hope. We can bring understanding where there is no understanding. We can bring fairness and justice where there is no justice.

I believe money is not the root of evil; it is what we do with money. It is the person behind the money or fortune. Sooner or later, we have to deal with our own issues or “skeletons” in the closet.
