Good morning everyone!

I hope your day is off to a good start. I am so thankful for the beautiful people who have and continue to promote a safe world.

I hope you and yours have a beautiful Memorial Monday. Continue to spread love.

The biggest difference between Kale and Spinach is that spinach has oxalic acid which can interfere with calcium absorption. So, if you are having problems with low calcium and week bones/teeth, kale is a better alternative. For my breakfast, I am eating whole grain brown rice topped with kale, mushrooms, and of course, onions.

I love slightly warmed onions.
